Account from Premium to Trial, and Unable to Sync

I have two problems:

First, I cannot sync my encrypted files stored on Amazon Drive. I’m receiving an “Exceeded Cloud Drive request limit” error.

Second, my account is acting wonky. I couldn’t sign in under my Amazon account (as I normally do), so I tried to sign in with my Microsoft/OneDrive account, and now it says I’m on a trial period.

The odrive account is tied to the the account you use to authenticate, which is why you see the trial notice when logging in with OneDrive.
