I am working on a 500 Mbps dedicated line, and I know that Google drive can handle these upload rates because cloudsync (another programm by ne Netdrive team) can actually upload at these speeds. Unfortunately they only suppoert 2gb files.
Is there a way to speed up the upload using odrive?

This issue here is probably concurrency. Currently odrive will try to limit large file transfers to 1 at a time (which is better for most users). If you have a blazing fast connection, though, then this may not be what you want.
Our next major revision will offer better methods of controlling your transfers, so you can squeeze more performance out.
