I don’t have time to click them all individually. how do i clear them? which directory or ini file do i need to delete/edit?

What is the reason for the “not allowed” designation? You can see these details if you click on an item listed in the “not allowed” section of the odrive menu.
There isn’t a way to clear them without adjusting them so that they are allowed to sync by the storage provider or removing them from the odrive folder.
