Odrive currently is using up 100% of my cpu without actually doing anything. I’ve restarted a few times and it is behaving the same. It’s constantly checking for stuff to sync even though it’s all synced and no new files are being created.

It is not unusual to have spikes in CPU activity, especially when odrive starts because it will need to go out and make sure nothing has changed for all of your linked storage. The more files/folders you have exposed locally, the more work odrive will need to do to make sure things are all synced up. Restarting will actually just restart this process, so it is better to let it run to completion.
Can you send a diagnostic from the odrive tray menu after start-up?
How long does the CPU remain elevated?
