Unable to Sync Cloud

Hello –

I just downloaded the desktop app for Macs and I’m being served an error that says “unable to sync Oxygen Cloud.cloudf. You do not have permission.”

What could be causing this? My login works just fine on the browser version of odrive.

Can you please send a diagnostic from the odrive menu so we can take a closer look?

How do I do that? Screenshot or actual report?

In the odrive menu in the MacOS menu bar, there is a “Send diagnostics” option at the bottom. Click through that to send over a diagnostic and then please let us know once that is done.
