Every time my Odrive finishes syncing, it decides it needs to resync certain files. These are all TIFF files - and they are syncing with Box. The local and remote files have not been updated in any way.

I took a look at the diagnostic and Box is reporting that you are out of storage. This may be leading to some unexpected behavior on sync. You should be able to see this in the odrive menu under “not allowed” and “waiting”.
Can you take a look at Box on their web client to verify the storage?
