Sync not working since yesterday on a Windows 10 machine

  • Since yesterday, sync has stopped working. I am also unable to download any data from the cloud.
    I get the following message when I try to download:

Unable to sync FACT SHEET .docx.cloud.
Please check your network connection or manage your proxy settings.

I have tried to disable my anti-virus but that has not resolved the issue.
Also, the odrive icon is continuously in an active mode (pink color) but nothing is being synced.

Any thoughts?

Can you send a diagnostic from the odrive menu so we can take a closer look?

Is this happening for all of your links, or just one in particular? Which storage is being used?

Are you able to access, download, and upload to your storage using the odrive web client (https://www.odrive.com)?
