- Since yesterday, sync has stopped working. I am also unable to download any data from the cloud.
I get the following message when I try to download:
Unable to sync FACT SHEET .docx.cloud.
Please check your network connection or manage your proxy settings.
I have tried to disable my anti-virus but that has not resolved the issue.
Also, the odrive icon is continuously in an active mode (pink color) but nothing is being synced.
Any thoughts?
