Sync delete doesn't remove file from Trash Bin

Macbook Pro, prod 7343

Hi there, after electing to sync a delete, my log says:

28 Jun 07:13:13AM INFO User chose to delete item in the odrive trash: … (and then shows the path name)

However when selecting the oDrive Icon from tray, and going → Trash Bin, the file still shows up there.
No matter how many times I click on the file and select “Sync Delete”, it remains in that menu.

How do I send a diagnostic?

When you send a diagnostic, the odrive desktop client will provide a report to odrive that contains lower-level information that may be necessary to troubleshoot a particular issue. A local report is also generated that you can look at. You can find this report, named “current_odrive_status.txt” in the root of the default odrive folder.
