Subcription issue

I have a laptop and a desktop where I downloaded odrive to sync with Amazon Cloud but it looks like the premium account is only woringk on my laptop because my desktop is showing that I have to upgrade to a premium account.

Tell me if I am right that odrive should both work on my laptop and my desktop and what should I do?

You can use your odrive subscription on multiple systems. The most likely cause of what you are seeing is that you are logging in with a different account on your desktop.

Take a look at the account listed under “Authorized User” in the odrive menu on your laptop and make sure you are using the same account to login on your Desktop.
