I would like to be able to pull my files down from the encryptor folders without syncing to the device? I would like to use the headless client to show my files like my Stablebit Cloud Drive does on Windows, and begin streaming only when I need them. I do not wish to have local versions available as everything is backed up in multiple locations remotely.

Currently we have extremely limited support for streaming, and even that support will not work for something like Plex Media Server.
In this particular case you are going to need something like a FUSE mount, to virtualize the filesystem and provide a “direct stream” of the contents. We do not support this, at this time, although it is something we’ve discussed.
