We had an issue last month with our west coast office not being able to sync with Odrive (using Spaces). See previous ticket at https://forum.odrive.com/t/unable-to-sync-files-since-update-7-14-2017/2734. We are now having the same issue with our east coast offices. We have working internet in our east coast offices and are able to login into the odrive website and view files within Spaces, but we are not able to sync files though the client.
Would you take a look and let us know if there is anything we need to do on our end to restore functionality.
