Maximum file size error for Onedrive for business

Hi, I am trying to upload files to my onedrive for businiess account.
The odrive windows sync client is reporting these files as being greater than the Mircosoft file size limit.
The Microsoft file size limit for onedrive for business is 100GB. None of the files that I am trying to sync are over 100GB although they are over 19GB.
I have tried some small file sizes and they are syncing OK.
It looks like the odrive windows sync client is still configured for the old Microsoft limit of 15GB. Is there a registry key or configuration file setting that controls the file size limit in the odrive sync client that I can change and set it to the correct value of 100GB?
Thanks,
Sean

Hi @sean,
Can you give this build a try? We will push this into an official release later: https://www.odrive.com/s/e5aee57f-1945-4127-b5d1-54df39e311e6-5f0b4377

Thanks Tony.
Installed and running. The first of the big files has now started to sync.
I will leave it to run overnight and post an update here tomorrow.
Thanks very much for your help.
Regards,
Sean

5 posts were split to a new topic: OneDrive for Business large file upload

I tried with 6628 but Odrive cannot upload large files. Therefore, I had to upload via MS Onedrive web interface (File was 39GB)

Hi @knurveren,
Sorry about that. The previous change was for OneDrive for Business/Office 365/Sharepoint. I will add the correction to OneDrive as well and post here (and then officially release after that).

Thank you for that…I am already Office 365 subscriber.

Hi @knurveren,
I’m not sure if you are still uploading large files, but this version will address the new 100GB limit: https://www.odrive.com/s/a5287085-2b71-47c7-9cda-fe8f918e5c49-5f11f71e
