Keep getting errors ("unexpected error" or "need to authorize"

I keep having issues syncing. I am continuously either getting an “unexpected error” or “need to authorize” error messages every time I try and retry to sync my Onedrive folders. Everything will be fine for a little while, then it will stop and kick up an error. I keep having to restart the sync, and this is so inconvenient when I want to be able to leave the computer and not have to keep watching it to get the sync going again.
