Installing odrive with administrator account when user is not local administrator under windows

Hello
We are facing a problem when installing odrive with administrator account when user is not local administrator under windows.
The default odrive folder is created within the administrator account profile, but not under the user account (and odrive is installed for this user account). The final step of the installation then fail because the created odrive folder is not accessible by the user account within the administrator profile.
Could it be possible to change that with the odrive installer?
We bypass the problem by giving the user account administrator rights on the PC during the installation.
Regards

Hi @phm,
odrive is installed in Program Files during install. When running as a different user during install, the odrive launcher is launched at the end of the install, and the launcher is run as that user, which is why it ends up installing for that user, initially.

This means you should just have to close odrive after installing with the administrator account and then run the odrive launcher with the logged-in, non-admin user. That will create the proper folders and binaries in the user’s profile directory and allow them to login.
