A long time ago I was one of the first bying odrive. In the beginning I had a lot of problems and gave up os using it. How can I try to use it again? When I login you didn’t recognize me as a user!

It looks like your oldest account uses your Facebook account to login. Can you please try logging into odrive with your Facebook account?
Hi Tony. It stills showing my account as a trial one. And there is a button “Upgrade to Premium” at the top.

Your old account should have grandfathered unsync in the subscriptions (https://www.odrive.com/account/subscriptions).
I’m having the same problem. Logged into account via Facebook and still shows to upgrade… I’ve have auto renew for the premium. Please help. Thank you.

Your odrive premium subscription is under your odrive account that uses Google to login. Can you please try that one?
