odrive is intended as a complete replacement client for any other client you may be running. If you run the individual service clients alongside odrive then it is possible to see data duplication. Although, since odrive uses placeholders by default, the duplication will be minimized until you start locally caching the files via odrive.
My suggestion is to start using odrive, get a feel for it, and then remove the other clients. odrive is the only client you need.
When you do decide to remove the other clients, make sure you do not have any data in their monitored folders that is not yet synced. Then, close the application completely and uninstall. The final step will be to remove the local data.
