Hi Alexander,

First of all, thanks for providing all of that useful information. I think the issue is your .NET framework version.

Can you try grabbing the .NET 4.6 installer directly from Microsoft (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48130) and installing it first? Our own installer tries to detect if you have it or not and then install it if you don’t… But if it can’t install .NET 4.6 due to some problem, we may just fail out since we can’t move forward with our own app install (though I’d honestly expect to see some sort of pop-up message with a more detailed error message).

If you grab the .NET 4.6 installer directly, then try installing it yourself and it succeeds, all the better. And if it fails, maybe we’ll get more information on why it is failing.
