Exceeded cloud drive request limit

It looks to be a general Amazon Drive issue. I have created a thread here to track the outage.

It looks like Amazon Drive is having issues again. Even their own web client is very sluggish and unresponsive, so it appears to be a global issue. I am investigating. One possibility, off the top of my head, is that there is a mass exodus today after the announcement and everyone is busy pulling data out.
