I cannot view all my windows files on dropbox after installing odrive moved my dropbox into odrive?

I am not clear on the issue you are seeing. It sounds like you are not seeing some files on Windows that are in Dropbox
You mentioned encryption above, too. Are these files encrypted. If so, what was used to encrypt them?
Can you take a screenshot on your Windows system vs what you see in the Dropbox web app (https//www.dropbox.com)?
