Each time i modify a file, its encrypted copy on the cloud gets duplicated

Hello,

as you can see, i have one text file inside my encryption_tester sub folder, which is in turn inside the main Encryptor folder,

each time i edit this file, a new encrypted copy is created onmy dropbox ( see pic) , this is consuming alot of my storage, ? is this a normal behavior ?
