Yesterday I have installed your app on my mac, I have sync my folder with all my work 2017, but I have seen that in Amazon Drive and my local external hard disk, there are missing 15 folder and my lightroom catalogs.
Please how I can recover it? it is very important.

Sorry to hear you are having some trouble here.
From the dates show in Amazon’s web app, it looks like these folders were uploaded back in February. Is that correct?
Did you use a different app to upload these files? Is that app still running?
Can you check the Amazon Drive trash and make sure the items are not there? Anything that has been deleted from Amazon Drive would be held there: https://www.amazon.com/clouddrive/trash
