I have a user who had a hard crash during a MacOS update and now his odrive is giving a lot of sync errors. We have tried to clear them out but have been unsuccessful. We have even deauthorized his client and then reauthorized it, and nothing seems to work. Is there a local file we can delete or a way to reset him back to a new user and have him re-sync from a blank template?
We have reinstalled his MacOS, but the odrive still appears to be corrupted from the crash. The issue is only with his client and does not affect any other user.
