Its hitting the same error here with the same file. The only explanation I can think of is that Amazon is not providing that particular file name in the listing when we ask for it, so we try to upload it again. Since I can’t reproduce it is hard to say, definitively, but this certainly seems like the case.
I think, unfortunately, you are not going to be able to upload this file with IFS at this time. I have created a ticket to track this issue internally. We are currently doing a lot of work on the engine, and this can be looked at during that time. If this is an Amazon issue, it may not be possible for us to fix.
