Hi @cliffordmpaulick, I split this off into another thread to track it better. I took a look at the diagnostic and I can see lots of items in the trash, awaiting delete. I also see that Amazon is throwing frequent exceptions, which is halting bulk operations, like empty trash. I think this is the issue you are seeing. We can try to clear up the empty trash operation, first, then see if there are still issues to address. In this case we can use the CLI to better view what we are dealing with a…

Don’t worry, it looks worse than it is. It basically comes down to copying and pasting some lines into the terminal, but let me know if you have any questions.
