ACS folder contents not syncing

Hello, I’m on 5391.

I have a folder and contents that are visible through Amazon Drive, and when logged onto odrive through the web interface.

The folder is synced through desktop, but the contents (5-10 jpgs and one video file) will not sync.

Neither the files nor placeholders show up.

Thoughts?

Hi,
Is it possible that the names contain a character that is not allowed on Windows? Can you supply a screenshot of what you see in the odrive web client vs what you see on the odrive desktop client?
