Currently I have 4 files (Not big files) that seem to be in a constant loop, they get to 100% and then just start over?

It looks like the Nextcloud server is reporting that these files are “locked” (HTTP error 423). I found a FAQ entry for this issue here: https://help.nextcloud.com/t/file-is-locked-how-to-unlock/1883
You could also try renaming or moving those files to a new folder to see if they successfully upload then.
